How do I
place an order?
Placing an order is simple. Just click on the link at the top of the page, i.e. Generators or theMore button, a box will drop down listing other items. Click on the button you are interested in and another page will open listing the items. Click on the item you wish to purchase, the quantity you require & then click on Add To Cart, a box will slide in from the right, click on View Cart, your shopping cart will open & payment can be made by clicking on the Paypal Button.

Payment sysem is via Paypal, a safe secure way to pay. Shipping is normally via Royal Mail and any prchases over £35.00 will be sent Signed For or International Track & Trace. Shipping times are as follows. UK 2-5 Working Days. Europe & The Rest Of The World 5-15 Working Days.

Returns
& Refunds
Returns Policy. If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us within 14 days, and we will offer you a refund minus a re-stocking fee of 15% of the original price (only on silver & gold products). This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. Silver wire/ electrodes if used cannot be refunded & if a generator is purchased & the electrodes/wire have been used the cost of the wire will be deducted from the refund based on the current price we sell them for.
